This is the first time visiting this establishment, that is the restaurant and games. Took the grandkids, Son and Daughter in-law Very few patrons there, there were six of us. First they had only one menu that was weird, table needed to be bused next to us, we ordered food order was wrong Took longer to fix then original order I just had gastric sleeve surgery so I eat very little , I ordered a cob salad with chicken on it ate maybe a quarter of it I did ask if they could fix a smaller salad and was told no ,even though I had special card from the surgeon. What a waste of food and money 16 dollars for the salad 114 for the meal plus twenty dollar tip This is the only movie theater we go to because we support local establishments Nobody is perfect just do not like overpaying , for not that happy of a visit

Came here with a group of 10, with the restaurant being nearly dead (only 1 other table of four in the restaurant while we were there). The service was decent but they got two of our orders wrong (even with us repeating back exactly what we were wanting), took forever to bring our plates with our appetizers, took forever to come out with a drink menu. Drinks were great! 10/10 but the server didn’t remember to get us refills on our drinks ( lots of us had just waters and dr.peppers). We had asked for ranch for two people and only got one. Just kept having to wait and ask for things even after having gotten two wrong orders. Didn’t create a good experience for everyone. Also keep in mind there was only 1 table other than us in the entire restaurant. Once we were waiting for our checks, the server was putting it in the POS and she was talking to what looked like her manager, pointed at us and made a hand gesture, pointed at our table and mouthed “ Lots of tips with that table”

We went here while on vacation. It was ok food. I had to wait 35 minutes just to get 3 drinks while watching the waitress serve 10 others. Finally I saw a manager and asked about it. I saw my waitress running to get my drinks finally. At the same time, the other serve brought my food and dumped the sandwich in the table. I had to ask the manager to repkace it. At first, he was reluctant to do it. SMH... he finally did what was right. But this was a fun place to hang out.

My boyfriend and I went here and the food was nasty. We waited over 30 min for the pizza and it was not worth $15. We had the Mediterranean and it was disgusting. It was greasy and made our stomachs hurt and the pizza was very small for two people. We will definitely not be going back to eat there. The only positive we had was our nice waiter we had.

My favorite new spot! Such a wide variety on their menu. Breakfast, lunch & dinner along with GREAT pricing. Times Square Grand Slam has it ALL!!
